NY Ticket Fee Report

NITO’s report examined ticket fees in New York’s live music industry and found them excessive, inconsistent, and poorly regulated. NITO calls on New York lawmakers to rein in the system. We propose measures such as capping fees, giving artists more control over ticket resale, and increasing public support for independent venues and performers.
